This list goes beyond the obvious necessities like computers, printers, cell phones, voice messaging, email, etc. After the "First 15" is done, move to the "2nd 15" List.

(1) Master VPR Central – Join and familiarize yourself with VPR's Communication & Info Platform. Over 3200+ Agents & Staff Collaborating – Sharing INFO

  • Note: This has replaced email & VPR Connections as VPR Staff's #1 Company to Agent communication tool. Monitoring this daily is a requirement of being an agent with any of the 3 VPR companies.

(2) Master SkySlope: VPR’s Transaction Management Platform & File/Doc storage.

 

(3) Master your Primary MLS

  • For most VPR agents that will be the FMLS – FMLS has about a dozens valuable TECH Apps available for FREE. FMLS is the the most used/popular listing service for VPR agents. Agents will need an FMLS user name and PW before logging into FMS. FMLS will email newly licensed agents this login access within 45 hours of joining VPR. Agents who were prior members of FMLS can use their previous FMLS login access.

4) Master your primary Contracts Application

  •       For most VPR agents it is RDocs that can be accesses withing the FMLS

  •       GAMLS Transaction Desk incorporates "InstanetForms" 

5) Master your primary Digital Signature Applications

  •       RDocs in FMLS has "Esign" - HERE is an Esign Video Tutorial

  •       Skyslope incorporates "Digisign" - HERE is a Digisign Tutorial

  •       GAMLS Transaction Desk incorporates "AuthentiSign" 

(6) Establish your Roster Entry & Profile Page from https://virtualpropertiesrealty.com/

(8) Determine if you need 24 Hour access to offices.

(9) Understand and Acquire applicable SUPRA Products

(10) Learn your Property Showing Application within your primary MLS

  •      Most VPR agents use ShowingTime - learn more by logging into the FMLS

(11) Learn your Propery Tax Records App within your primary MLS

  • Most VPR agents use Real List - learn more by logging into the FMLS

  • VPR also has a GSCCCA account for more advanced searches

(12) Establish your CRM, Lead Gen, and Biz Mgmt. Platforms: CINC  or KV Core

 

(13) Understand your secondary MLS. For most VPR agents it is either GAMLS or FMLS

  • Understand GAMLS or other MLS tools (if applicable - GAMLS is not available to VPR.biz agents)

(a) Learn about GAMLS tools (under the Products and Service tab)

(b) Study the market reports and trends (under the Statistics Tab tab)
