1. Matrix​

   • Access, edit and input new listings in FMLS

   • Inside Matrix will be a VITAL tool called Real List (2) Tax Records

   • Also within Matrix will be easy access to Esign (3)

   • Also within Matrix will be easy access to RDocs (4)

   • Also within Matrix will be easy access to ShowingTime (5)

   • This is a tool for managing listing showings​

2. ShowingTime

   • Listing agents can access ShowingTime from the Matrix Homepage to enter showing information for their listings, and that information is then accessible to showing/buyer agents in Matrix.

   • Showing agents can use ShowingTime to make showing requests by selecting dates and times from a shared calendar. Showing requests are then delivered to the listing agent, owner/occupant, and/or another contact determined by the listing agent/broker in real-time for notification and/or confirmation.

3. Real List

   • Realist is a public record database that provides in-depth property and ownership data, market information, street and aerial maps, as well as market trends to FMLS users. It enhances the information available to you in the FMLS database, giving you an easy to use resource that will increase your competitive advantage.​

4. SUPRA

   • Manage access and the lockboxes on your listings

   • Also obtain info & tools regarding your Key Access

5. R Docs

   • rDocs is the new Document Management System to create and complete real estate documents. rDocs combines forms, documents, and the eSign into a single platform!

   • rDocs was designed with you, the agent, in mind; it is a truly paperless solution that provides your agents with the ability to manage contacts and vendors, monitor and track tasks, all while providing Brokers with the accuracy and standardization critical to their business.

6. HomeSnap

   • Homesnap is the highest-rated and most installed mobile real estate app, powered by a specialized homes database that combines MLS data, property tax records, census data, geographic boundaries and more.​

7. Cloud Suite (Especially CMA)

   • Cloud Suite consists of Cloud CMA, Cloud MLS, & Cloud Streams

   • Cloud CMA is a web-based program that provides professional looking Comparative Market Analyses for your clients. All you need is a web browser, and an internet connection. No app needed.​

8. Remine

   • Remine is a new,  free member benefit. This allows you to perform searches, get predictive analytics and track up to 100 properties for free.
