Virtual Properties Realty Provides FREE upgraded GSCCCA access to all VPR agents wanting to find the most accurate and complete deed and plat information. Because GSCCCA charges for this upgrade, most real estate companies do not provide their agents with this important information.
 
The user ID and password needed to access GSCCCA changes every month on the 1st. Agents wishing to access this account can find the newest user ID and password in the Skyslope forms section. Visit https://www.gsccca.org/learn/premium-search

2. Search at the top inputting keyword gsccca which will bring up the document with current credentials.

The Authority offers a variety of online training courses to provide convenient, educational opportunities for Superior Court Clerks’ Offices, court personnel and the public.  The Notary Public Training course is available to the public at no cost, to provide training regarding the duties and responsibilities of notaries public. In addition, an optional Notary Final Exam is offered for a cost of $10.  Upon successfully passing the Notary Final Exam, a certificate of completion is issued.  To access the training site, go to https://elearn.gsccca.org and register.
