24 Hour Access to Offices

 

VPR has partnered with OpenPath as new provider for our after hours door access.

 

You will be receiving an email that you will give you instructions on how to download their app to gain access to our offices.

 

This new access control will enable mobile credentials initially in our Duluth, Flowery Branch and Gainesville offices by waving in front of the door reader or gently touching. For Android, the app will run as a background service. Apple users can use your watch or phone. We will be expanding to other office over the coming months. We appreciate your patience while we work to make your access to our offices easier. Let me know if you have any questions.

Yes, they are separate systems and work independently.

Agents, you can install the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

 

Openpath iOS mobile app requirements: iOS 9.0 or higher…..iPhone 4S or newer

Openpath Android mobile app requirements: Android 5.1 or higher

 

Steps

1. Download the Openpath app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. After the app is downloaded and installed, check your email inbox or spam first for OpenPath.

3. If you do not see the email, proceed to step 4.

4. Open the app and it will ask for your email to log in. Enter your email and click “Send Magic Link.”

5. You will receive an email from Openpath Security with the subject "It's time to set up Openpath Mobile Access on your mobile device (Virtual Properties Realty)". Open the email from the same device where you just installed the Openpath app (it won’t work otherwise). In the email, click on the link provided:

 

For Android users: Clicking on the magic link will ask if you want to open with web browser or Openpath, please choose Openpath.

 

For iPhone users: Choose “Allow” when asked “Allow Openpath to access your location even when you are not using the app?”
