• Most agents can be defined in 2 categories:

  • Trying to do too much or too over zealous... or

  • Doing too little... too behind the times

• Don't take on more than you can maintain and/or effectively use.

• Don't become too enamored with "SHINY OBJECTS". No single TECH application will make you or break you.

• It is better to MASTER a few TECH applications than to be inefficient with many.
